With over four decades of manufacturing experience since 1980, our company specializes in the production of high-quality ductile and grey cast iron infrastructure products, including manhole covers, rainwater gratings, and a wide range of municipal and industrial drainage solutions. Our production operations are carried out in a 2,000 m² facility, equipped with modern foundry technology. Melting processes are conducted using three induction furnaces—two with a capacity of 1,000 kg/hour and one with a capacity of 500 kg/hour—ensuring consistent material quality and efficient production flow. Molding is performed through a combination of a semi-automatic molding line and manual molding techniques, allowing us to maintain both flexibility and precision across different product specifications. All products are manufactured in compliance with European Norms (EN Standards), meeting strict requirements for strength, durability, and safety. After casting, each component undergoes shot blasting to achieve a clean and uniform surface finish. Final assembly is completed with high precision to ensure product reliability and long service life in demanding infrastructure environments.
